Garrett worked in both Investment Banking at TD and Private Equity at both DW Healthcare Partners and Overbay Capital Partners. In his experience with TD, Garrett worked on a range of mandates including buy-side and sell-side M&A as well as private market and public market capital raises including several IPOs. With DW Healthcare Partners, Garrett's role was in deal execution and post-closing support of mid-market companies across North America.

Kjel worked closely with management teams to identify key operational improvements and efficiencies, as well as new technology solutions. Kjel has worked with and helped grow more than 35 companies across multiple sectors, including tourism, insurance, accounting firms, law offices, oilfield services, government and nonprofits.

Phil started out his career as an engineer at McDaniel & Associates, a leading consulting firm focused on the evaluation of oil and gas reserves and M&A deal support.  Most recently, Phil worked in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan where he was an Executive Director and Canadian Head of the Technical Transaction Team where he worked on advisory, M&A, lending, and financing mandates within North America and world wide.

Jenny is a seasoned professional with a strong office management and executive administration background. Her experience includes a valuable 12-year tenure at J.P. Morgan in Calgary, where she worked closely with staff and executives and coordinated with global offices, contributing to the success of the Investment Banking division.

Daniel Cassino

Daniel worked in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in Calgary. He primarily covered clients in Oil & Gas and Power & Utilities. In his time with J.P. Morgan, he worked on a range of transactions including buy-side/sell-side M&A and capital market transactions including high yield and investment grade debt. Daniel was also responsible for leading the Analyst recruitment program in Calgary.

Jim brings a diverse career background, with experience in Investment Banking, Healthcare Technology, Real Estate Private Equity, and Deconstruction. Most recently, he led the Vancouver region for Unbuilders Deconstruction, a sustainable demolition company, where he started as a General Labourer.

Sunil is a former strategy and operations consulting partner at Deloitte. He has deep strategic, operational and finance experience in the Industrials, Natural Resources and Energy sector. He is a thought leader on emerging issues, innovative ideas and solutions to create business opportunities for competitive advantage. He has strong talent for problem solving, driving change in organizations for performance improvement and/or growth, and building and cultivating trusting relationships with executives.
